Peter is co-director of Genomics Aotearoa, New Zealand’s genomics infrastructure platform. He is also a Professor in the Biochemistry Department University of Otago, and deputy director of Bioprotection Aotearoa. Peter researches a wide range of topics, using genomics to investigate the evolution of animal shape, plasticity and evolution, eusociality and conservation genomics.
