Dr. Katherine Pillman leads the Gene Regulation Bioinformatics Laboratory at the Centre for Cancer Biology in South Australia. Her team takes a computational biology approach to understanding gene regulation and transcriptomics in cancer, with a special emphasis on the children’s cancer neuroblastoma, as well as other epithelial cancers. She is a current Florey Fellow and was recently been awarded the Col Reynolds Fellowship by The Kids Cancer Project.
